This project is expected to be completed and ready to lease bythe 2nd quarter of 2015. Thegroundbreaking ceremony took place July14 and was attended by several city officials including,City of Ontario Mayor Paul Leon, and MayorPro Tem AlanWapner.
The project, which is being built on 11.29acres of currently vacant land, is less than three milesfrom the Los Angeles/Ontario InternationalAirport, the Ontario Mills outlet mallwith 200+ stores and Citizens Business Bank Arena,the largest and most modern sports venue in the Inland Empire. Italso offers convenient access to two main transportation arteriesof San Bernardino County, Interstates 10 and15.
