DALLAS—JLL has been selected to market for sale an ExxonMobil office facility in the Dallas area. The Pegasus Place facility is located at 3000 Pegasus Park Drive in Dallas along I-35E Stemmons Freeway.
JLL's Executive vice president Ronnie Deyo, Dallas president Paul Whitman and senior vice president Doug Carignan will lead the marketing efforts on behalf of ExxonMobil.
Pegasus Place is situated on approximately 23 acres. The facility features a 17-story, 594,000-square-foot office building; a two-story, 67,000-square-foot office building and three auxiliary buildings. Its size and location will offer a corporate buyer a unique work environment or a redevelopment opportunity for other buyers.
