SAN FRANCISCO—National Real Estate Advisors hastopped out 100 Van Ness, a 418-unit apartmentbuilding in downtown San Francisco.

National, its joint venture partner, The Emerald Fund, andgeneral contractor, Plant Construction, hosted on-site workers andlocal and international union trade representatives to celebrate akey milestone in the project which will convert an office buildinginto a multifamily tower. National's president and CEOJeffrey Kanne, IBEW Local 6business manager John Doherty and chairman OzErickson from Emerald Fund joined PlantConstruction to congratulate workers on their quality workmanshipand dedication to meeting the project schedule.

When completed next year, 100 Van Ness will boast over400,000 square feet of livable space, including apanoramic roof deck with stunning 360 degree viewsof San Francisco. Successfully converting from office toresidential use, the development plan will also preserveapproximately 108 existing subsurface parkingspaces and renovate approximately 5,000 squarefeet of ground floor retail.
