SADDLE BROOK, NJ – CBRE Group has closed twoindustrial lease transactions of more than 400,000 square-feet eachfor Home Depot and FergusonEnterprises. CBRE EVPs MindyLissner and William Waxman led eachtransaction team.

For Home Depot, Lissner,Waxman and CBRE Atlanta'sTony Kepano secured 467,987 square feet of spaceat 100 Riverside Drive in the Keasbey section ofWoodbridge, NJ. On behalf of Ferguson Enterprises,CBRE secured 449,981 sq. ft. of space at50 Meadowlands Parkway in Secaucus, NJ.
