NEW YORK CITY—Couturier Victor de Souza iscoming to a pop-up boutique in Harlem for his first New Yorklocation. The opening at 2312 Adam Clayton Powell Blvd. coincideswith the month-long Harlem Week 40th anniversary celebrations, andde Souza's New York Fashion Week debut on Sept. 3.

A Douglas Elliman Retail Group team of chairmanFaith Hope Consolo, EVP JosephAcquino and Arthur Maglio has brokeredthe transaction, the latest in a long line of deals bringing retailand other services to Harlem and Northern Manhattan. Theyrepresented both landlord and tenant in the deal.
