NEW YORK CITY—Couturier Victor de Souza is coming to a pop-up boutique in Harlem for his first New York location. The opening at 2312 Adam Clayton Powell Blvd. coincides with the month-long Harlem Week 40th anniversary celebrations, and de Souza’s New York Fashion Week debut on Sept. 3.

A Douglas Elliman Retail Group team of chairman Faith Hope Consolo, EVP Joseph Acquino and Arthur Maglio has brokered the transaction, the latest in a long line of deals bringing retail and other services to Harlem and Northern Manhattan. They represented both landlord and tenant in the deal.
