BOSTON—Transwestern has hired ChaseBourdelaise as director of research for the Northeastregion, marking the first time the firm has had a single head ofresearch for its New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts andConnecticut offices, GlobeSt.com has learnedexclusively. He'll be based out of the Bostonoffice, and he'll be responsible for crafting custom researchprojects for the firm's clients and brokers, publishing quarterlyresearch reports and tracking market trends and statistics.

Bourdelaise joins Transwestern from Savills StudleyInc., where he most recently served as senior financialanalyst. He opened Studley's Boston office and managed all aspectsof real estate transactions, in addition to performing in-depthfinancial analysis services.
