CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA--Homewood Suites by Hilton has entered the Charlottesville market with the opening of its newest property, Homewood Suites by Hilton Charlottesville, VA. The four-story hotel features 150 suites and is owned by Albemarle Suites, LLC, and managed by Heritage Hospitality Management, Inc.

Charlottesville hospitality assets benefit from a number of diverse trends in the local economy. There are the historical sites for which the city is famous; it is also home to the University of Virginia. This elite school attracts a significant visitor flow all on its own, ranging from parents of students to guest lecturers and researchers.
