SEATTLE—Kennedy Wilson has hiredJeffrey Utterback as senior managing director inthe firm's Properties Group. Based in Seattle, he is responsiblefor overseeing all third party property and construction managementactivities in the Pacific Northwest region andassisting with the expansion of the firm's property servicesdivision as well as supporting the firms' acquisitionsefforts.

Utterback's several decades of hands-on experience touches almostevery aspect of the real estate world. Prior to joining KennedyWilson, he served as a senior investment officer with theWashington State Investment Board where he wasresponsible for co-developing a real estate investment strategy forseven real estate operating companies. Utterback has also beeninvolved in international development, as managing director andowner of Develop Europe LLC and DevelopTexas LLC where he was involved in the acquisition,development and disposition of properties in several asset classes.His background also includes 10 years of experience withinarchitectural design.
A registered architect, member of the Urban LandInstitute and the American Institute ofArchitects, Utterback earned both a Master of BusinessAdministration and a Bachelor of Architecture from theUniversity of Texas at Austin.
