WALTHAM, MA—Developer Boston Properties reportsit has leased 150,000 square feet of office space toWolverine Worldwide at 10CityPoint, part of the next phase of its major mixed-useoffice and retail project here.

The new building will serve as the headquarters for Wolverine'sSperry Top-Sider, Saucony, Keds, and Stride Rite brands.

The lease deal will allow Boston Properties to commenceconstruction of the 10 CityPoint project, which will be located onRoute 128 at the exit 27 interchange. When completed the buildingwill be seen by more than 400,000 cars per day, providing greatvisibility for the Wolverine family of brand, company officialssay. The project also includes street level retail and restaurantoptions and 230,000 square feet of high performance workspace.
