TACOMA, WA—Marking its sixth acquisition in Washingtonstate, San Diego-based Pathfinder Partners,LLC has purchased Hannah Heights, a sixstory 35-unit condominium building at 415 6thAvenue in downtown Tacoma. Pathfinder acquired theproperty through a court-appointed receivershipsale from a regional bank.

Built in 2007, the project, which is 100% leased, consists of 24one-bedroom/one-bath, ten two-bedroom/two-bath and onethree-bedroom/two-bath units ranging from 854 to 1,429square feet, including seven two-storypenthouses.

According to Lorne Polger, senior managingdirector of Pathfinder Partners, his firm will continue to operateHannah Heights as a rental community for the immediate future andplans to complete several common area improvements – including newhallway wall art, new lighting and painting and designer upgradesto the leasing office and lobby, as well as updating andmodernizing the onsite gym.
