PHOENIX—X Team International announces thatpartner Velocity Retail Group has completed alease with At Home for a 104,967-square-foot At Home retail storein Tempe. The new At Home concept is owned and operated by GardenRidge. Velocity Retail Group executive vice presidentDarren Pitts made the announcement.
A décor superstore that provides selections of patio furniture,wall décor, and decorative accents, rugs and housewares, At Homeretail store recently opened at the Arizona Mills shopping center,located at the northeast corner of Baseline Road and Interstate10.
“There is an existing store at the 60 and Greenfield Road,”Pitts tells GlobeSt.com. “But Garden Ridge wantedto serve Tempe, Chandler and Ahwatukee. The new location at the 60and I-10 has that ability to reach those customers—it's asuper-regional draw.”
