DORAL, FL—Miller Construction Co. of FortLauderdale reports it has begun construction on the mixed-useGateway Center Doral project here.
The two building complex being developed by DBHProperties Ltd., totals 84,000 square feet of retail andhigh-end boutique office space and is located on the NW 87th Ave.retail and restaurant corridor.
The property fronting on NW 87th Avenue at the intersection ofNW 21st Terrace will include approximately 43,000 square feet ofoffice space above ground-floor retail. A one-story tilt-wallbuilding will provide additional high-profile retail space for thedevelopment.
