CLEVELAND—Lee & Associates has just takenanother step in its national expansion by opening a new office inCleveland, the seventh in the Midwest but the first in Ohio. Thecompany now has 50 offices across the country. BradleyCoven, Jeremy Steiger and JosephGreenberg will lead Lee & AssociatesCleveland.
“This marks a significant move on our part to get a foothold inthe Ohio market as well as growing our Midwest presence and addingan additional outreach to all our offices nationwide,” saysJeffrey M. Rinkov, chief executive officer andchairman of the board of Lee & Associates. “It's only fittingthat our 50th office would be headed by threeoutstanding individuals in Bradley, Jeremy and Joseph, who willgive us expert leadership and services in the Cleveland commercialreal estate market.”
The latest expansion follows a series of recent Lee officeopenings in New York, New Jersey, Baltimore,Naples/Ft. Myers, FL, Charleston, Atlanta, Indianapolis, KansasCity and Greenville, SC. Company officials say they will continuetheir strategy of nationwide expansion in 2014 and beyond.
