CARLSBAD, CA—Cassidy Turley has inked threesignificant lease renewals in Regent Properties'Studio 2200, a 229,694 square foot class A officebuilding located in the heart of Carlsbad at 2200 FaradayAvenue.

The transactions, which include leases ranging fromeight to 10 years, have a total value of$28 million and represent 130,000 squarefeet, or more than half of the building. The tenants areNetgear, Rockstar Games and CatalinaRestaurant Group.

“Studio 2200 is Carlsbad's premier, high image corporateheadquarters location,” said Aric Starck, managingdirector with Cassidy Turley and the building's leasing agent.“Regent Properties acquired the project in 2013 for $40.4million and has completed extensive renovations that makeit a dynamic setting for designers, creative firms, softwarecompanies and corporate users.”
