FORT WORTH—Fort Worth's historic Stockyards is getting ahotel.
Construction is set to start immediately on a 124-roomMarriott Courtyard hotel at 2533 N. Main St. innorth Fort Worth.
Robert Grunnah, president, and LilyChang, vice president of the investments/land division atHenry S. Miller, recently representedExhibits Building Partnership in the dispositionof approximately 2.21 acres for the development of thehotel. The 96,000-square-foot site was acquired bySunbelt-CFX LLC, who was represented byLynn Dowdle of Dowdle RealEstate.
