IRVINE, CA—Eric Hinkelman has been named to the position of executive managing director at Voit Real Estate Services. Hinkleman will be located in Voit's Irvine office, with oversight responsibility of the company's Orange County, Los Angeles and Inland Empire operations in partnership with Ian Britton, according to Robert Voit, CEO of the firm. Hinkelman brings 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry to Voit.

Prior to joining Voit, Hinkelman was senior managing director for Cushman & Wakefield, responsible for overseeing investor services for the western United States.  Previously, he was managing director for C&W's Orange County and South Bay operations. Past experience also includes a position with Trammell Crow Company.

Hinkelman received his bachelor of science degree from UCLA, and is currently on the national advisory committee for BOMA.  He previously served on the Board of Directors for NAIOP Southern California and the Light the Night Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Orange County.
