RAMSEY, NJ—Jersey Mike's, a leader in the QSRsandwich category with more than 1,300 locations open and underdevelopment across the country, has leased two locations in BergenCounty, NJ. Winick Realty Group NJ's GaryKrauss was exclusive broker in both transactions asJersey Mike's continues its aggressive expansionwithin its home state.

The popular sandwich shop leased 1,736 square feet at557 North Franklin Turnpike in Ramsey, NJ. Thesite, which formerly housed a TCBY, is expected toopen by early September.

“Jersey Mike's has been looking to move into Northern New Jerseyfor quite some time, and we managed to find an off-market deal inthe best shopping center in the marketplace, allowingJersey Mike's to join such co-tenants asStarbucks, Chase Bank andWalgreens,” says Krauss, whoadded that the shopping center sees a lot of traffic from Don BoscoPreparatory High School, which is located across the street.
