HOUSTON--Baker Katz, a full-service commercialreal estate brokerage firm that provides tenant representation,project development, and leasing and investment services inHouston, has completed the lease of a 40,000-square-footDave & Buster's in Friendswood thanks to itsaffiliation with X Team International.
