AVENTURA, FL—Hollywood Beach, FL-based BH3 anddeveloper Gary Cohen report they have securedfinal site plan approval from the City of Aventura for theirPrivé at Island Estates luxury residential projecthere.
The developers have scheduled a groundbreaking for the projectin September.
Designed by renowned architects Sieger Suarez,Privé's 16-story twin towers will rise above the exclusive,eight-acre north island located between Williams Island and SunnyIsles Beach. A total of 160 luxury residences ranging in size from2,585 square feet to more than 9,000 square feet in selectpenthouse units are planned. Each residence will include privateelevator entry, flow-through floor plans with 10-foot glass on botheastern and western exposures, 10-foot deep balconies, expansiveeast/west water views throughout, European kitchens and bathrooms,as well as outdoor summer kitchens.
