PHILADELPHIA, PA—ULIPhiladelphia, the tri-state District Council of the globalnon-profit Urban Land Institute, has appointedJay Appleton as sponsorship chair, MeganLeinart as membership chair and ThomasSmithgall as regional satellites chair. ULIPhiladelphia District Council chair Christopher M. HagerPE made the appointments.
