As Regional Satellites Chair, Thomas Smithgallwill communicate with and serve as a mentor to the co-chairs of allsatellites in the Lehigh Valley, Central Pennsylvania, South Jerseyand Delaware regions. As senior vice president of development atHigh Real Estate Group, Lancaster, PA,Smithgall leads the firm's development functionand oversees the growth and management of the expanding developmentservices market.
