Hedrick brings nearly 25 years of experience inBay Area real estate and joins the Irvine Company most recentlyfrom Equity Office Properties, where he served assenior vice president of leasing responsible for 10 million squarefeet of office and research and development workspace. Prior toEquity, Hedrick served in senior leasing and portfolio managementpositions with CarrAmerica and LegacyPartners.
