AUSTIN--Virtus Real Estate Capital, a realestate private equity firm based in Austin, has acquiredPro Storage, an Oklahoma City self-storagefacility.
"The acquisition marks another significant milestone in ourrecent efforts to add to our Oklahoma self-storage portfolio,” saidScott Humphreys, Virtus' acquisitions director, ina press release.
Built in 2005, Pro Storage is a 65,475-square-foot Class Afacility comprising 516 units. Currently 94 percent occupied, thesite is located close to The University of Oklahoma campus.
