Bob Lundstedt and Chris Rogersof Daum in Phoenix represented the seller, Intravest 2851Kathleen LLC of Phoenix. The buyer, a subsidiary ofGriffin Opportunities of Pacific Palisades wasrepresented by Ben Prater of ColliersInternational of Sacramento.
The 9.55-acre property was developed in 1988 and is fully leasedto Climatec, the largest privately-owned building technologiescompany in the nation. Climatec is a leading provider of advancedbuilding technologies and energy solutions.
