FRISCO—Wade Park, the massive mixed-use lifestyle project scheduled to open in thisnorthern Dallas suburb in spring 2016, has announced the additionof two big lifestyle tenants.

Thomas Land & Development has signedIllinois-based Pinstripes as well asFlorida-based iPic Theaters as “headlineentertainment” for the 175-acre center, located at the DallasNorth Tollway and Lebanon Road. So far, the only other tenantthat has been announced is Austin-based anchor Whole FoodsMarket. The project broke ground earlier this month.
