ATLANTA—Locally-based restaurant chainChick-fil-A has signed a long-term lease to fullyoccupy a 111,252-square-foot building being developed byLincoln Property Company Southeast at theAirport West Distribution Center here.

The new building will be located across the street fromChick-fil-A's corporate headquarters on Buffington Road.Chick-fill-A will take occupancy of the building after itscompletion in January 2015.

Denton Shamburger, vice president for Lincoln,represented the landlord, Morgan Stanley, in the lease and was thesole broker involved in the transaction.
