TAMPA, FL—Once owned by a Tampa megachurch, the Without WallsInternational campus now has a new owner. RichmanGroup acquired the high-profile property, which is locatedin Tampa's Westshore district, for $14.3 million.
Westshore is Tampa's largest office market, but the 13-plus-acreproperty is prime for multifamily andretail development opportunities. SperryVan Ness' Bill Gross and KennyAnderson found the buyer in the sale that took two yearsto culminate.
