WASHINGTON, DC—Morgan, Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP has renewed the 268,000-square feet it occupies at 1111 Pennsylvania Ave. The lease renewal included agreements by landlord Invesco Real Estate to make improvements to the building's systems as well as other upgrades and modernizations.

CBRE's Randy Harrell and Kevin Howard represented Invesco in the negotiations of the long-term lease. The accommodations the landlord is making will allow Morgan, Lewis & Bockius to rebuild/restack in place in response to its workspace program, according to CBRE.

This was an important tenant for Invesco as Morgan Lewis & Bockius occupies 80% of the 14-story building.
