AUSTIN–Sizmek Inc., an open ad managementplatform company, is relocating its Dallas headquarters to Austinand has signed a 17,077-square-foot lease at IBC BankPlaza in the Austin CBD, according toCBRE. Sizmek already has a sales and operationsoffice in Austin.

“Austin is a burgeoning, vibrant center of the techcommunity, with a growing number of both start-ups and moreestablished companies, and an ideal place for us to beheadquartered,” said Jack Reynolds, corporate vicepresident of Sizmek's global human resources. “We will nodoubt contribute to the 'Keep Austin Weird' movement--and I suspectwe will be influenced by it as well.”

Will Douglas, first vice president with CBRE,and Jerry Frey, senior vice president with CBRE,represented Sizmek in site selection and lease negotiations. CBRE'sproject management team is guiding the design service selection andconstruction process for Sizmek's office build-out. TravisDunaway and Jonathan Tate, withEndeavor, represented the landlord.
