WASHINGTON, DC—1620 L St., NW, a 164,079-square foot office, is trading for $65.2 million, or $397 per square foot, a source tells GlobeSt.com. Bisnow also reported the news yesterday, albeit with slightly different pricing.

John Buck Co. sold the 12-story building, which is currently 77% occupied, to LaSalle Investment Management. Eastdil Secured brokered the transaction.

Tenants include Greenstein Delorme Luchs, Corner Alliance and the Personal Care Products Council. The last time the building traded was in September 2008 for $61 million.
