HOUSTON–Trammell Crow Co. and joint venturepartner Clarion Partners have broken ground on anew facility for DB Schenker, a transportation andlogistics solutions provider, near George BushIntercontinental Airport.

DB Schenker signed a lease for an office/warehouse buildingtotaling 150,000 square feet, with a lay-down area in excess ofthree acres. The building is located in Kenswick AirFreight& LogisticsCentre, a multiphase industrial businesspark developed by Trammell Crow and Clarion Partners.
