BELLEVUE, WA—Colliers International has added of Kim Hutchins and Steve Pelluer to its brokerage team in an effort to create a Nonprofit, Religious, and Educational Advisory Practice Group. Hutchins and Pelluer join Colliers from their own independent brokerage, Church Property Advisors, which specialized in the distinct niche of advising churches, private schools, and nonprofit organizations on commercial facilities and properties.

Hutchins and Pelluer bring to Colliers 12 years of specialized service to the nonprofit sector. Some of their clients include The City Church, Mars Hill Church, Cedar Park Church, Timberlake Church, Crossroads Bible Church, NW Church, The Presbytery of Seattle, Puget Sound Baptist Association, Providence Christian School, Bear Creek School, Children's Institute for Learning Differences (CHILD), Freedom Church, Downtown Cornerstone Church, Emmanuel Bible Church, Grace Seattle, and Union Church

“Colliers is an ideal platform to leverage our 12 years of service to nonprofit, religious, and educational clients,” stated Hutchins. “We are now able to provide a much broader array of services to our clients, including valuation and facility management as well as servicing assignments outside the Puget Sound region.” Pelluer added, “For many of the facilities we sell, the Highest and Best Use is something other than a church or a school. Colliers has a strong team of brokers in each property type, which enables us to advise our clients on all alternative uses, resulting in the highest value for them. I am looking forward to expanding our service offering to our not-for-profit clients with this team.”

Bret Jordan, Managing Director of Colliers' Bellevue office stated, “Steve and Kim are excellent additions to our office. Their unique knowledge and skills in advising religious and nonprofit groups on their property decisions will be a great resource for our clients and our existing team of brokers.”

Locally, Colliers International of Greater Seattle is a full service commercial real estate firm with offices in Seattle and Bellevue, providing integrated services to clients locally and globally since 1978.
