WASHINGTON, DC—A newly forged partnership between the locally based National Association of Home Builders Multifamily and ALM's Real Estate Media Group promises to shed new light industry-wide on what constitutes leading-edge strategies in the multifamily space. Specifically, NAHB's annual Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards program highlights creative design and development concepts, innovative financing strategies and superior management and marketing in the apartment and condo marketplace. In addition, the partnership brings NAHB Multifamily into the growing ranks of GlobeSt.com Thought Leaders.

Over the next few weeks, select finalists in the NAHB Multifamily's prestigious Pillars Awards will be spotlighted on GlobeSt.com, which is powered by ALM. These stories will lead up to the October 2 announcement of winners, who will also then be featured in GlobeSt.com Exclusives.

The presentation of winners will be another unique aspect of the Pillars Awards this year, in that the ceremony will be a virtual event. The ceremony includes all the elements of a live awards presentation, including a master of ceremonies and a montage of creative video and other images of each winning project's unique features and marketing materials. Winners will receive a personalized crystal award trophy, and all finalists receive plaques suitable for display in their offices or at their multifamily communities. (To register, click here.)
