Bradley Pl., and the companieshave bought out another partner, New York City-basedAngelo, Gordon and Co.

“This partnership is committed to repositioning this uniquespace as a premier office and recreational destination on thecity's North Side,” says John Hansen, principal ofHansen Realty. “The property consists of 500,000-square-feet on 22acres in the very desirable North Center neighborhood of Chicago.There are few commercial space opportunities like this available inthe city and recent activity has proven a testament to the benefitsof this property's location and amenities.”

Located off of Addison St. and near Western Ave., the centerconsists of the 350,000-square foot 2500 W. Bradley Place location,and the 150,000-square-foot 2630 W. Bradley Place, which thepartners completely leased up in December 2011 with such tenants ascable provider RCN, WarnerBrothers, a Lil Kickers soccer academyand Goldfish Swim School. Together, the complexoffers 405 above-ground parking spaces.
