NORFOLK, VA—Miami, FL-based Adler Group has tapped JLL to lease the 475,000-square foot office campus Interstate Corporate Center.
JLL's Deborah Stearns and Landon Hinton will manage this assignment for JLL. Managing Director Mark Levy, who oversees the Adler portfolio throughout the Southeast United States for JLL, will work with the team on this assignment.
There are a couple of tenants transitioning at the campus, which has created new opportunities, Stearns says in a prepared statement. The park "has enjoyed high occupancy since its delivery," she also said, noting that the improving economy will drive new demand.
The 17-building Interstate Corporate Center is located at the intersection of I-64 and I-264 in the heart of Hampton Roads.
