LOS ANGELES—International law firm Gibson, Dunn &Crutcher LLP says that Stuart Graiwer has joined thefirm's Century City office as a partner. Graiwer,formerly a partner with Stroock & Stroock &Lavan, will continue his commercial real estatepractice.

Graiwer has a transactional commercial real estate practice,with an emphasis on representing institutional investors andprivate equity clients in connection with acquisitions,dispositions and financings of all asset classes, including officebuildings, mixed-use projects, hotels, multi-family and residentialdevelopments, industrial parks and retail centers. He alsohas specific experience in structuring joint venture agreementsbetween capital providers and operators in complex commercial realestate transactions.

Graiwer has represented investors at all levels of capital,including mortgage and mezzanine financings, convertible debt andpreferred equity. He recently represented the GoldenState Warriors in its acquisition of property to developan arena in San Francisco. Graiwer received hislaw degree from Harvard Law School in 2000.
