LOS ANGELES—The Swig Company says threenew tenants have signed leases totaling 6,600 squarefeet at 617 West 7th Street, a 12 story,211,000 square foot creative office building in the heart ofdowntown Los Angeles.

The new tenants are: forensic accounting consultantHSNO, multimodal transportation planning anddesign firm Alta Planning + Design, and thenonprofit social enterprise, Center for SustainableEnergy. Each tenant will take approximately 2,200square feet.

The Swig Company acquired 617 West Seventh in December2011. Built in the 1920s as the headquarters forUnion Oil Co., 617 West Seventh was extensivelyrenovated in 2001. The building, which is surrounded byextensive retail amenities and a wide selection of restaurants,sits directly across the street from the 7th Street/MetroCenter, L.A.'s largest and most widely used Metrostation.
