LOS ANGELES—The Swig Company says threenew tenants have signed leases totaling 6,600 squarefeet at 617 West 7th Street, a 12 story,211,000 square foot creative office building in the heart ofdowntown Los Angeles.
The new tenants are: forensic accounting consultantHSNO, multimodal transportation planning anddesign firm Alta Planning + Design, and thenonprofit social enterprise, Center for SustainableEnergy. Each tenant will take approximately 2,200square feet.
