LOS ANGELES—The Swig Company says three new tenants have signed leases totaling 6,600 square feet at 617 West 7th Street, a 12 story, 211,000 square foot creative office building in the heart of downtown Los Angeles.

The new tenants are:  forensic accounting consultant HSNO, multimodal transportation planning and design firm Alta Planning + Design, and the nonprofit social enterprise, Center for Sustainable Energy.  Each tenant will take approximately 2,200 square feet.

John Zanetos, Mark O'Brien and Chris Penrose of CBRE Brokerage Services represented The Swig Company in lease negotiations.

The Swig Company acquired 617 West Seventh in December 2011.  Built in the 1920s as the headquarters for Union Oil Co., 617 West Seventh was extensively renovated in 2001.  The building, which is surrounded by extensive retail amenities and a wide selection of restaurants, sits directly across the street from the 7th Street/Metro Center, L.A.'s largest and most widely used Metro station.

The building offers non-traditional, exposed brick creative office space characterized by efficient floor plans, abundant natural light, modern amenities, modern infrastructure and unique historic architectural features.  As a result, it appeals to a wide range of tenants, from professional service firms to technology, fashion and other creative space-users.

The Swig Company, LLC is a privately-owned, San Francisco-based real estate operator and investor with a 78-year history of investment, development, partnership and management of commercial real estate properties in major markets throughout the United States.
