NEW YORK CITY—A three-story retail building in East Harlem at2202-2210 Third Ave., also known as 181 E. 120th St. has been sold.Eastern Consolidated represented both the buyer and the seller. The12,000-square-foot property, currently occupied by Rent-A-Centerwhose triple net lease expires in November 2015, has an additional17,000 square feet in available air rights.The sale price was $5.4million, according to property records. Cliff Schwartz of Schwartz& Blumenstein PC was the attorney for the seller. Jay L. Yackowwas the attorney for the buyer.

Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates has arranged a 16,000-square-foot,long-term lease at 1006 Metropolitan Ave., in the East Williamsburgsection of Brooklyn, for the Dock Studios, LLC, a studio space forartists. KDA brokers Vincent Lopez and Jacques Wadler representedthe tenant, while Howard Darsi and Bill Chang, also of KDA,negotiated on behalf of the owner, CTC Trading, in the deal. Thespace was formerly owner-occupied.

Technology firm BetterCloud has signed a 12,500-square-foot,long-term lease to relocate to 330 Seventh Ave. The firm is movingto the Midtown South site from 299 Broadway. CBRE's ArkadySmolyansky and Roshan Shah represented BetterCloud in thetransaction. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's Michael Dreizen andAlphie Toro represented the landlord, Super Nova 330 LLC.
