HOUSTON ? Jan Walker has joined Hicks Ventures as senior vice president of property management.

Prior to joining Hicks Ventures, Walker worked at Brookfield Office Properties, Behringer Harvard and Trammell Crow Co./CB Richard Ellis. Her background includes serving corporate clients such as ExxonMobil, DuPont, McDermott International, BP/Amoco and KBR. Walker also has an extensive background in project management, property acquisitions and dispositions, commissioning and LEED certifications.

Walker primary duties will include the direct management of Two Westlake Park; Hicks' one million-square-foot Houston office portfolio also includes Park Ten Place I & II; 16900 Park Row; and Block 10 West Office Park.

Walker received a bachelor's in communications from Stephen F. Austin State University, is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and is a licensed Texas real estate salesperson. She is also a member of BOMA and IREM.
