CHATHAM, NJ–Shipco Transport, a transportationand logistics solution company, and SadakaAssociates, a law firm, have both acquired new officespace in northern New Jersey.

The Garibaldi Group recently representedShipco Transport in the acquisition of 127Main Street in Chatham, NJ. The office complex ofapproximately 25,000 square feet is made up of two buildings with a2,000 square foot historical building fronting Main Street. Thebuilding will be Shipco's global headquarters andwill house the company's senior management team.

Shipco Transport is a neutral non-vessel cargocarrier and a one stop shop for those seeking transportation andlogistic solutions. The company has more than 70 offices in 30countries across five continents, which employs approximately 1,900people.

The Garibaldi Group team of LeeBarnes and Peter Blanchard advisedShipco on the transaction, which took just undersix months from start to finish.

Meanwhile, in Englewood, NJ, NAI James E.Hanson has signed law firm Sadaka AssociatesLLC to a five-year, 1,400-square-foot lease at 155N. Dean Street, a three-story office building.

The NAI Hanson team of associate vice presidentDominic Fittizzi and vice presidentAnthony Cassano represented both the tenant andthe landlord, North Dean Equities Group LLC.

“It was important for Sadaka Associates to findan upscale building in the heart of eastern Bergen County withinminutes of Manhattan and the other boroughs,” saysFittizzi. “This property offers the tenant all ofthose things, as well as top-flight management.”
