HACKENSACK, NJ—Long-timeCourt Plaza South tenant Pashman Stein P.C.has renewed and expanded its lease atthe Alfred Sanzari Enterprises-owned and managed class A office complex.Pashman Stein hasbeen in the complex for almost 12 years, and will relocate andexpand its headquarters space to a little over 24,000 squarefeet.

The transaction was negotiated in-house by AlfredSanzari Enterprises. David Simson andHope Brodsky of Newmark Grubb KnightFrank represented the tenant.

The new, larger office space accommodates PashmanStein's recent and anticipated growth, according toMichael Stein, the law firm's managingpartner.
