DALLAS—Retail brokerage firm Venture Commercial RealEstate has added husband-and-wifeTrammell and Cheryl Hancock toits team.

“After spending several years in California and gainingexperience in industries from fashion to filmmaking, Cheryl and Iare looking forward to working together as a team to bring newupscale retail concepts to Dallas-Fort Worth's growing urban core,”said Trammell Hancock. “We believe the people and the culture atVenture Commercial will provide a great place for us to accomplishour goals.”

Trammell Hancock, the son of Lucy Billingsleyof Billingsley Co. and the grandson of thelate Trammell Crow, joins Venture as an assistantvice president. He is representing both landlords and tenants witha focus on urban listings. Trammell is currently working withseveral fashion and entertainment concepts from New York, LosAngeles, France and Spain to bring those tenants to Dallas. He willalso continue his work on the next phase of AustinRanch to bring patio-driven restaurant concepts to theresidents of the Billingsley-owned master-plannedcommunity.
