MIAMI—Blanca Commercial Real Estate is expanding yet again. The Miami-based commercial real estate firm just added two new players to its talent roster.

Flavia Eternod has joined Blanca as associate vice president. Cyvellis Vidal has come on board as research and marketing director. The new additions aim to help Blanca continue to grow its advisory services on three fronts: landlord representation, tenant representation, and land and investment sales.

Eternod will support Blanca's landlord agency practice and partner with the firm's senior brokers on strategic business development efforts. Before joining Blanca, Eternod served as senior property manager for New Boston Fund. 

At New Boston, she managed operations at One Park Square at Doral, a 282,000-square-foot class A office building located in Doral, FL. In 2013 and 2014, BOMA named One Park Square one of the best-managed properties in Miami-Dade County. Eternod also took home BOMA's “Property Manager of the Year” award.

Vidal will support firm and its clients with market research, database management, business development support, strategic marketing efforts, and digital media implementation. Vidal previously served as marketing manager for Eventus Marketing.

Blanca has been growing rapidly in 2014. The firm in recent months has hired Elizabeth Vergara as senior vice president, Diana Pubchara as chief marketing officer and Maura Kohl as director of finance and operations. The firm represents several of the region's trophy assets, including Sabadell Financial Center and Brickell City Tower in Miami's Brickell Financial District; All Aboard Florida's MiamiCentral mixed-use transit-oriented development in Downtown Miami; Flagler Station Business Park in West Miami-Dade; and Douglas Entrance in Coral Gables, among others.
