PHOENIX—Harvard Investments, LincolnProperty Company and American TrafficSolutions announce that ATS will be relocating over 600employees to Waypoint, a new Class A office campus located in Mesa.ATS's 10-year lease includes total occupancy of one of two newbuildings planned by owner Harvard Investments and developmentpartner LPC.

Craig Krumwiede, president of HarvardInvestments, tells GlobeSt.com, “We're reallyexcited. We just bought this site early this year and took it tomarket. ATS thought this site worked well. They wanted aproperty where their employees could walk to amenities likerestaurants, gym and theaters, a walking path. There is also theproximity to Arizona State University and Tempe Town Lake. And thefreeway access was key.”

The Waypoint project encompasses 19.5 acres directly east ofMesa Riverview, a 1.3 million- square-foot retail, hospitalityand entertainment complex featuring over 20 dining options, 40storefronts and a 24-Hour Fitness. Within the development, ATS willcompletely occupy Building One, a 108,000-square-foot space, whileBuilding Two, a 150,000-square-foot space, is currently availablefor single- or multiple-occupancy lease.
