LEHI, UT—The Salt Lake office of CBRE says thatTraverse Ridge Center I in Lehi is now 100%occupied. Eric Smith with CBRE is the exclusivelisting agent for the building. Matt Swain withPerry and Associates, Inc. is the projectdeveloper.
Located at 3450 North Triumph Boulevard inLehi, Traverse Ridge Center I is a three-story,70,000-square-foot, class-A office building. Construction on CenterI commenced in the summer of 2013 and recently concluded. Thebuilding reached full occupancy before construction wascompleted.
“The fact that a new building can be fully leased before it iseven completed is evidence of the high demand for commercial spacein Lehi,” said Smith. “Though extremely popular with techcompanies, a more diversified tenant base is beginning to takeshape as different companies build off of the strong tech presencein the area.
