LEHI, UT—The Salt Lake office of CBRE says that Traverse Ridge Center I in Lehi is now 100% occupied. Eric Smith with CBRE is the exclusive listing agent for the building. Matt Swain with Perry and Associates, Inc. is the project developer.
Located at 3450 North Triumph Boulevard in Lehi, Traverse Ridge Center I is a three-story, 70,000-square-foot, class-A office building. Construction on Center I commenced in the summer of 2013 and recently concluded. The building reached full occupancy before construction was completed.
“The fact that a new building can be fully leased before it is even completed is evidence of the high demand for commercial space in Lehi,” said Smith. “Though extremely popular with tech companies, a more diversified tenant base is beginning to take shape as different companies build off of the strong tech presence in the area.
Center I started as a speculative project and is the first of four planned buildings in the Traverse Ridge Center office park. Construction on Center II—a six-story, 150,000-square-foot office building—is set to begin in October of this year with an expected completion date in the first quarter of 2016.
