PHOENIX—Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona,Inc. negotiated a long-term lease at Freeport IndustrialCenter, 5502 W. Buckeye Ave. Elontec, anaward-winning, woman-owned office furniture, relocation and cablingcompany, will consolidate its operations and relocate its corporateheadquarters to the property. This lease brings the103,400-square-foot Freeport Industrial Center to 100%occupancy.

Elontec has leased 28,231 square feet of space, which is anexpansion for the company. Elontec plans to relocate in Octoberfrom its current corporate headquarters at 5402 W. Roosevelt St. The company will be consolidating two spaces that totalapproximately 24,000 square feet and moving operations to FreeportIndustrial Center. Elontec will be hiring additional workersas part of the expansion.
