Dallas—Lee & Associates, a national commercial real estate provider, has completed a lease for a 12,615-square-foot industrial space located at 1234 Medical District in Dallas.

Dallas—Lee & Associates, a national commercial real estate provider, has completed a lease for a 12,615-square-foot industrial space located at 1234 Medical District in Dallas.

The warehouse building is located just south of Interstate 35E and east of Inwood Road in the North Trinity Industrial submarket, Lee & Associates told GlobeSt.com. Robert Miller, director of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the tenant, The Five Star Institute. The Mercer Co. represented the landlord. Five Star collaborates with the mortgage banking industry for continuing education.

Lee, with more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience, is the largest broker-owned firm in the country, offering 50 locations across the country.
