MT. LAUREL, NJ —NAI Mertz has completed salesof two class A office buildings at 5000 & 7000 AtriumWay within Horizon Corporate Center inMount Laurel, NJ. Both buildings encompass 50,000 square feeteach—5000 Atrium Way is 100 percent leased and7000 Atrium Way has one 12,000-square-foot unitavailable for lease.

The NAI Mertz team of Rebecca Ting,SIOR, vice president, and Julie Kronfeld,sales associate, represented the seller, SJSRealty of Cherry Hill, NJ, in the transaction. Thebuildings were sold to Main Line Development LLCfor an undisclosed amount.
