MIAMI—The Miami office of Coldwell Banker CommercialAlliance will soon have a new address—801Brickell.

The national real estate services company, which is backed byNew York City based investment manager Waterfall AssetManagement, has signed a lease for 8,500 square feet at801 Brickell and plans to occupy space on the 16th floor of thetower building. The firm expects to take occupancy of its space at801 Brickell next month.

“We chose 801 Brickell because we consider the location main andmain of the Brickell area,” says Coldwell Banker CommercialAlliance Managing Principal Jim McCoy. “We alsoliked that the building has a solid landlord in Teacher'sInsurance, which has been making impressive improvements to theproperty to upgrade the asset. Overall, we love the style andfunction of the building.”
